1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "okber," "we," "us," or "our" refers to okber Casino, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the okber Casino platform and services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with okber Casino.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, betting options, promotional offers, customer support, payment processing, and related functionalities provided through the okber platform.
• "Website" refers to okber.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital interfaces through which okber services are accessed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing okber Casino's operations.
• "Funds" means all monetary deposits, winnings, bonuses, and other financial credits associated with a Player's Account.
• "Game" or "Games" refers to any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, bingo room, or other gaming product offered through okber Casino.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account with okber Casino. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. okber reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction: Our services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are expressly forbidden from using okber services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.3 Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. By registering, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability, bankruptcy proceeding, or other condition that would impair your ability to be bound by these Terms.

2.4 One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with okber Casino. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all associated Funds, including deposits and winnings.

2.5 Account Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes fraud and grounds for immediate Account termination. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

2.6 Verification Requirements: okber Casino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances. okber Casino will never request your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify okber Casino if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. Until such notification is received, you remain liable for all activity conducted through your Account, including unauthorized deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.

3.3 Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the devices (computers, smartphones, tablets) used to access your okber Account are secure and free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. Always log out of your Account when finished playing, especially when using shared or public devices.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability: Your okber Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer Account ownership will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: okber Casino accepts deposits through authorized payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other methods as published on our website. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. okber reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Players may set voluntary deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes through their Account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process, although most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are completed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional identity verification and processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by okber Casino in writing. Players must wager their deposit amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.

4.5 Fees and Charges: okber Casino does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond okber's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.6 Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Players depositing in other currencies accept full responsibility for any currency conversion fees and exchange rate fluctuations imposed by their financial institutions.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering: okber Casino maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules: Each Game offered on the okber platform is governed by specific rules, payout tables, and operational parameters. These rules are accessible within each Game interface and form part of these Terms. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any Game before placing wagers.

5.2 Random Number Generation: All casino Games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent gaming laboratories accredited by PAGCOR.

5.3 Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are subject to specific terms, settlement rules, and result verification procedures. Dead heat rules, postponed events, voided selections, and other sport-specific scenarios are governed by our Sports Betting Rules, incorporated herein by reference.

5.4 Malfunction Voids All Pays: In the event of any Game malfunction, technical error, or software defect, all affected wagers and payouts are void. okber will credit affected Players with the amount of their original stake, but no liability for lost winnings or consequential damages is assumed.

5.5 Disconnections: If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during Game play, any active wagers remain valid and will be settled according to Game rules. Players can view results and settlement in their transaction history after reconnecting.

5.6 Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play: okber Casino employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, bonus abuse, and collusion. Activities deemed to constitute abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to convert bonuses, simultaneous opposite bets, coordinated play with other Players, and exploitation of software errors. okber reserves the right to void bets, confiscate bonuses and winnings, and terminate Accounts engaged in such conduct.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

6.1 Promotional Terms: All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These promotional terms supplement these general Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction herewith.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement means bonus must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal). Wagering requirements, eligible Games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Eligibility Restrictions: Promotions may be restricted to specific Player segments (new Players, VIP members, etc.), Games, or time periods. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion may be claimed only once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation: okber Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, Players who have already claimed the promotion will be permitted to complete wagering requirements under the original terms, unless the promotion was cancelled due to error or abuse.

6.5 Bonus Forfeiture: Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, unless the promotion terms specifically provide otherwise. Deposited funds remain withdrawable at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under twenty-one (21) years of age to access or use your Account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, engaging in chargeback fraud, or any other form of financial fraud or misrepresentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting.
• Use of Bots: Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence to place wagers or play Games.
• Advantage Play: Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using okber Casino to launder proceeds of crime or to finance illegal activities.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or okber staff through chat functions or other communication channels.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract source code from okber software or Games.
• Jurisdiction Violations: Accessing okber services from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the okber website, software, Games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other content are owned by okber Casino or our licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to Players through use of our services.

8.2 Limited License: okber grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit any resale, redistribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of our content.

8.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or functionality obtained from okber Casino without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability: While okber strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Technical issues, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and other factors beyond our control may result in service interruptions. okber assumes no liability for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

9.2 Accuracy of Information: okber endeavors to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and current. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to adjust Accounts accordingly. In the event of a manifest error in odds, results, or payouts, okber reserves the right to void affected wagers.

9.3 Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, okber Casino's total liability to any Player for any claims arising from or related to use of our services shall not exceed the amount of Funds in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose. okber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.4 Player Responsibility: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions and agree that okber cannot be held liable for any gambling losses.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Accounts closed due to problem gambling concerns may be subject to cooling-off periods and self-exclusion measures.

10.2 Suspension by okber: okber Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) you are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) your Account activity presents unacceptable risk; or (d) continued provision of services would violate applicable law or PAGCOR regulations.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use okber services immediately ceases. You must discontinue all use of our platform. okber will return any remaining balance in your Account (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings) subject to verification procedures and any amounts owed to okber being deducted.

10.4 Survival: Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any other terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect after termination of your Account.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, except as otherwise required by PAGCOR regulations.

11.2 Internal Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, you must first contact okber customer support in writing, providing full details of your complaint. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes amicably within fourteen (14) calendar days.

11.3 PAGCOR Complaints: If a dispute cannot be resolved through okber's internal process, Players may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with established regulatory procedures. PAGCOR's determination in any dispute shall be final and binding.

11.4 Limitation Period: Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of okber services must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify: okber Casino reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be necessary to reflect regulatory developments, operational improvements, or changes to our services.

12.2 Notice of Changes: Material changes to these Terms will be notified to Players via email, website announcement, or notification upon next login. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.

12.3 Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of okber services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of our services and close your Account.

12.4 Version Control: The version date displayed at the top of these Terms indicates the most recent revision. Previous versions are not available, and only the current version is binding.
